The Office
Notary Marco Faieta is based in Pineto (province of Teramo) and has a secondary office in the city of Pescara. He has been practising since March 2004 and has executed hundreds of deeds on behalf of international clients, in particular British and Northern European ones. In recent years German clients have also become numerous.
The great professionalism and precision that distinguish the office of Notary Marco Faieta have earned him the constant and remarkable appreciation of his clients, and have meant that he has never received a single complaint or legal dispute, despite the nearly 20,000 deeds he has executed.
Why choose us
«Notary Marco Faieta has a strong command of both English and German, and can therefore communicate in these languages with ease. Deeds, too, are drawn up and executed directly in English or German at the client's request.»
Opportunity
Property prices are still affordable and every type of home can be found. Abruzzo stands out as the green region of Europe: its territory is home to no fewer than three national parks!
For Germans, buying a property is very straightforward, since we are all part of the European Community.
To buy a property in Italy, as in Germany, a notary is required. The procedure, however, differs slightly from the system in force in Germany: in Italy, signing the contract makes you the owner immediately, whereas in Germany you must wait for the notary to register the deed in the Grundbuch.
